This is a day in the life during quarantine, follow along or add in these steps to your own routine!
8.00 am:
Make your bed and a coffee, go for a walk outside if you can or exercise at home
8.30 am:
Shower and get ready properly for the day, you’ll feel much more productive in a cute outfit trust me!
9.00 am:
Practise gratitude by simply writing down three things you’re grateful for today or try some guided meditation
9.30 am:
Plan out your day remembering to schedule in Uni, lunch breaks, appointments, important emails or tasks. This will help you map out your priorities and stick to some structure
12.30 pm:
Break for lunch, call a friend and have a virtual lunch date!
3.30 pm:
Healthy snack break! Of course, accompanied by coffee or tea
6.00 pm:
Reflect on your achievements for the day and give yourself credit for a productive day! Write down anything you didn’t quite get to, so you know to get back to them tomorrow.
7.00pm:
Dinner! Cook something you haven’t tried before- challenge yourself!
8.00pm:
Read, watch and listen to something new, get crafty and creative! Paint, create a mood board, try a puzzle, a game on your phone or connect with family
Bedtime:
Try and switch off from your phone at least half an hour before bed to unwind properly from your productive day.
