Chae started out as a university project where each of us were lost. We created Chae together when all of our individual projects weren't working. A common interest and admiration of creativity and magazines was found... that was when chae was born. We all united, combining our talents to create an aesthetically driven magazine that represents small businesses and helps students. Chae grew from just a magazine to a content creating company, Chae Media. Using the strength of passion and friendship, chae became better than ever. With the three of us, we are unstoppable.
Emma Jenkins
Editor
Emma is the editor of Chàe! Overlooking all of the copywriting and written submissions, writing the blogs and articles is only one of her many jobs while helping the final product of the magazine issues. Emma is essential for Chae, finalising not only the written content but confirming all content before its released!
On her time off from Chàe she loves to listen to podcasts and binging reality tv shows. Emma's downtime is best spent journaling with a sunset to accompany with the view from home! She is a talented writer, cook and absolute animal lover with her three dogs Tilly, Teddy and her little puppy Winnie! Emma constantly encourages people to walk the path of life with truth and compassion, saying you can get anywhere with these values.
Hannah Kairuz
Creative Director
Hannah is the Creative Director of Chae! Constantly brainstorming and organising content, Hannah directs the design team to success with assiging colours and themes. Working with Chelsea, she creates the amazing content you see in Chae's socials and magazines!
Apart from ChaÌ€e, she is heavily influenced by old school trends, movies and fashion... but you’ll probably find her with a romance book and a iced matcha OR caramel latte OR baking up a storm in the kitchen! She heavily believes in the concept of life being a movie, and you’ve got to be the main character!
Chelsea-Lee Bastable
Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer
Chelsea-Lee manages all the social media sites while planning and creating the content that goes up on it in accordance with the Creative Director! Being not only the Social Media Manager but the Graphic Designer, Chelsea-Lee illustrates and designs the content seen in our socials, magazines and products along-side Hannah.

Away from chàe, her favourite past time is anything creative including art, design, music, writing and much more! Chelsea is also a very passionate fashionista! One of her biggest desires for Chae is one day designing clothes promoting environmental awareness and mental health! Her favourite thing at the moment is her ginger ninja kitty Cicero! Chelsea is a go-getter and believes that whatever your dreams are, you can achieve them with hard work and self-belief.
